Are you a student or young professional who believes development should be led by the communities it serves? Our internship programme places you inside real programmes in Lira and Kampala.

You will work on programme management, advocacy, SRHR, M&E, communications or finance. You will not be fetching tea. You will be doing real work, with real people, for real impact.

Ugandan students and diaspora are especially welcomed.
