Duration: 1 Year (Renewable based on performance and funding)
The Local Coalition Accelerator (LCA) Uganda is a coalition of 13 Local and National Actors (LNAs) in Uganda that collaborate to design and implement development and humanitarian actions addressing the effects of COVID-19 and other systemic challenges. The coalition was established in June 2020 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the aim of leveraging the collective expertise, resources and networks of local actors to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions to vulnerable communities.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) and Partnership Advisor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the MEAL framework for the Local Coalition Accelerator (LCA) Uganda in addition to making available LCA Uganda data for partnership building. The Advisor will ensure that the coalition’s activities are effectively monitored, evaluated, and documented to inform learning and accountability, partnership building and resource mobilization, in line with the coalition’s objectives, donor requirements, and best practices. The MEAL and Partnership Advisor will work closely with coalition member organizations, partners and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making, partnership building and continuous improvement of programs.
